Charged only after the manuscript has been accepted by the journal.
Important Payment Policy
Please read the following policy carefully before making any payment.
No Submission Fee
Authors are not required to pay any fee at the initial manuscript submission stage.
Payment After Acceptance Only
The article processing charge applies only to manuscripts that have completed editorial review and are officially accepted for publication.
Official Notification Channel
Payment instructions for accepted articles will be sent only through the OJS notification system and the author’s registered email address.
Author Verification
Authors are advised to rely only on official notifications from FHJ and not to respond to unofficial payment requests from other channels.
Official Notice
Any request for article payment will be issued only after editorial acceptance and will be communicated through:
- the official OJS notification in the author account, and
- the registered author email address in the submission system.
Authors should ensure that OJS notifications and journal emails are checked regularly after acceptance.
Important Reminder
If an author receives any payment request outside the official OJS workflow or outside the registered journal email communication, the author is strongly advised to confirm it first with the editorial office before making any payment.
