Author Guidelines

Before submitting, please make sure your manuscript meets the following requirements:

  • File format: Word, OpenOffice, or RTF
  • Review process: Blind review
  • Abstract: English only, maximum 200 words, in one paragraph
  • Keywords: 3–5 keywords
  • References: Minimum 15 references
  • Reference style: APA 7th Edition
  • DOI links: Must be included when available

How to Submit

Please follow these steps before uploading your manuscript:

  1. Prepare the manuscript using the official FHJ template.
  2. Ensure the manuscript follows the required article structure.
  3. Complete the submission checklist.
  4. Register or log in to your OJS author account.
  5. Upload the manuscript and complete all metadata in the system.

Manuscript Requirements

  • The manuscript must not include author names or affiliations for blind review.
  • Ethical clearance and approval number must be included when required by the study design.
  • At least 80% of references should be published within the last 10 years.
  • The manuscript must cite at least 2 articles previously published in FHJ.
  • Tables and figures must be clear and prepared according to FHJ standards.
